Respect Position
I respect the words of those I respect only
Not those who I do not admire, who don’t respect themselves
It seems everyone is a teacher of nobility these days
But how many are truly blissful, have real honor, and in control of their existence?
Respect and real consideration is given to those who inspire me
To those who are pushing themselves to their maximum creatively and beyond
The words from anyone less are simply weakness trying to assert delusion
We can all feel the harmonious wisdom
The constantly calm are my only peers
Tired of being preached to by those who still raise their voices and lose their composure
Weakness is all I see yet still I am looked at as a student to be taught
It is me who needs to value these infants more? Wrong
It is me who need not waste time with those who have yet to Respect Position

Thanks for the thought provoking questions. This writing was not an indirect message to anyone on this site. It was a release of frustration with the most ignorant people in my life. It marks the beginning of an even more selfish and solitary existence for me. My time is too valuable to play savior on a one-on-one basis with those who do not value their own time 1/10 as much as I do my own. They will not be falling away, I will be moving away to a remote location to spend time in nature, with God, and those who I see eye to eye with. Love and prayers for all.

getting fed up most definitely happens
and expressing and releasing it is everything
vents are important
especially in writing
they free up soooo much heart space.

Ha ha ha. This sounds like a vent to me! Our friend was probably fed up with overwhelming hypocrisy and "delusion." I agree, nothing is wasted, though some uses of time are extremely more productive than others and this feels like one of those affirmations. Guess we will have to wait and c ;)

i literally just had a 2 hour talk with a very upset friend with what seemed to be about the importance of respect and others and then i read this...
hmmmm... do you think your respect is that important to the ones you don't have respect for or who do not respect themselves?
and do the ones who are reaching their creative potential care if anyone respects them?
and when we are on our path truly on our path isn't respect just a concept or perspective of the eye of the beholder of whether we are respect worthy?
something you have to earn through or by the judgement of another?
isn't it really just the same as hoping the cool kid in school likes you?
just an ever changing concept unable to be grasped?
i mean what is this respect we humans hold onto so highly?
just a validation of or by the ego?
when really isn't the only question worthy of asking or discussing in regards to respect the respect of the self?
and when we gain our true respect for self and are doing our absolute best in any given situation at any given time don't the people who are no longer in alignment with that just kind of fall away?
if we feel the need to indirectly tell someone they are not worth our time then perhaps we should look at how we are in fact choosing to spend our time...
the greatest gurus are eternal students as they embody reverence
i don't know.... personally i hope to always see myself as a student
evolution through learning is an honor..
so perhaps you are looked at as a student because in fact the beauty of your awe and thirst for knowledge is so great that everyone just wants to give you the repsect of sharing with you the greatest tools and knowledge they have thus acquired
no thing is a waste of time
we are all part of the one
